Rest of India: For regions served by the Indian Postal Service and regional courier companies, your order will typically be delivered within 5-10 business days.
International Shipping:
Vaidique currently offers international shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom. International orders are generally delivered within 7-10 business days.
Delivery Hours:
Orders will be delivered between 7 am and 9 pm from Monday to Saturday.
Please note that these delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your specific location and other factors. Due to the evolving situation of Covid-19, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and your patience during this period is highly appreciated.

Safety measures in our warehouse & manufacturing facility include sanitization, hygiene protocols, regular health check-ups for employees, and proper hygiene while packing products.
For International Orders
Shipping and delivery rates for international orders vary based on the shipping destination. You will see the final charges on the checkout page after providing your shipping address.
For India
Vaidique ships to all parts of India. Prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery orders above Rs.1500 are eligible for Free Shipping. Orders below Rs.1500 will incur a flat fee of Rs.75.
Proof of Delivery
To confirm receipt of your order, goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be present to sign for your delivery, you may suggest an alternative person to do so.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Vaidique values customer satisfaction and takes great care in packaging and shipping orders. However, if your package arrives in an undesired condition due to reasons beyond our control, we offer Store Credit as a refund option, which can be used within 3 months from the date of issuance. Please note that products once purchased are non-refundable or returnable.
If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged, or tampered order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vaidique.com or call us on 8700558328. We'll guide you through the process, and if necessary, your item(s) will be replaced.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order without incurring any charges if it's a Cash on Delivery order and has not been shipped. If your order is prepaid, we will issue you a Store Credit, which can be used up to 3 months from the date of issuance. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot accept cancellations. Our typical shipping time is within 24 working hours after order placement.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns for discounted, used, or promotional products. Any free or promotional products delivered with your ordered product(s) must also be returned."
